As Lead resource consultant, Roland has worked with Corporates and Boards in governance and provision of leadership for efficient implementation of organizational mission activities. He is the founder and CEO of BankWatch Limited.
He utilizes his God-given abilities in his profession and shares experiences in financial services including, assisting in employee interviews, selection for engagement and training. Bank Watch services portfolio also includes corporate fraud prevention, Enterprise risk management (ERM) Consultancy services, Investigations and training. Currently, as a banking consultant, Roland facilitates training and services relating to;–Strategic information management and business case development to build employee capacities in product development, management, and operations.
He has over 40 years post qualification banking and training consultancy experience at operational, supervisory, and senior management levels.
He is an accomplished consultant, writer, and professional banker. A former Chief Examiner and author of Bank Strategic Information Management for the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Ghana). He has provided over Eighteen years of uninterrupted service as chief examiner for the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. He also develops Compliance Administration and Risk Management systems for banks and Government Agencies including the Ghana Health Service (NHIS payment settlement).
