David L.O. Mills, FIMC is a Senior Executive at PETROSOL Ghana Ltd., a leading Oil Marketing Company where he serves as Head of Human Resources. He is also a Management Consultant, with years of experience managing large scale transformation projects for C-Suite Executives, Corporations and Governments. He is Senior Partner at David Mills Consulting, LLC.; and curates a paradigm-shifting initiative called “The Ghana We Want” Movement to recommend alternatives for improving public leadership and fiscal management.

Educated at Prempeh College, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Math, MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, UK and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria. He is also a member of The Africa List, a community of senior executives from some of Africa’s exciting growth markets and was a TEDx Speaker in 2016. He is regarded, by colleagues, as an eminent thinker on the subject of HR and Leadership. He ascribes his life to God’s grace and lives for His glory.
