Charity Afua Boateng

Dr. Mrs. Charity Afua Boateng is a lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra. She teaches Communication Skills and was the former Head of Public Relations Management Department. She is current coordinator for the Evening School.

Mrs. Boateng hails from Peki Region of Ghana. She is married to Dr Seth Dankyi Boateng and are blessed with two boys, Yaw and Kofi. Mrs. Boateng had lived and worked in Britain with her family. She was a former employee of the Ghana Education Service and also worked extensively with street children and children in the remand homes. She is currently doing voluntary work with head porters (Kayayei) in the Ghanaian local markets and elderly women at Otinipi and Maledjor in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
