Samira Bawumia Literature Prize

The Samira Bawumia Literature Prize (SBLP) is an annual literary prize for the best short fiction, poetry and non-fiction prose by young Ghanaians between the ages of 15 and 25, living in Ghana.
An initiative of the Samira Empowerment & Humanitarian Projects (SEHP), the Prize seeks to support the development of a thriving literary space in Ghana, and to serve as a launchpad for aspiring Ghanaian writers to share their stories with the world.
