Michael co-founded LeadAfrique International with his wife Letitia in 2014 and created Leadership Farm, a specialised youth development programme for young people that has impacted over 50,000 students and teachers. Every year they host the Leadership Farm Summer Camp that supports young people from 5-20 years with tools to win in life. They are also the creators of Famulus, a YouTube family-focused channel dedicated to supporting families develop healthily, successfully and happily.
Michael is a regular contributor to personal development programmes on Citi FM, Citi TV, E.TV, Sunny FM, Starr FM and Asaase Radio, all in Ghana.
He is the author of Why Not The Best?, Why Keep Your Axe Blunt? and Beyond The Extra Mile.
