Dog and Hen are unhappy because they think that Nyimpa, their common master, treats them very badly. They set out to put their complaints before Nana Onyame and seek redress. After enduring many difficulties and much suffering, they arrive at the border of Nana Onyame’s kingdom one evening. They are very warmly received by Gab, Nana Onyame’s representative, and they are asked to sleep and meet Nana Onyame the following morning. Why do they flee back to their master’s house in the morning, and what lesson do they learn?
