Dispatch is made within 48 hours (we don’t dispatch/deliver on Sundays and holidays) for books in in-house stock; 72 hours when procured from suppliers. Delivery timelines are specified for each mode of shipment above. We close orders at 5pm each day so orders confirmed (paid for) before 5pm will be dispatched next day, for next day delivery (48 hours). After 5pm goes into the next dispatch window (a day later).
