Dark Days in Ghana
Kwame Nkrumah, foremost exponent of African unity and socialism, never saw Ghana in isolation from the rest of Africa or from the world revolutionary struggle.
In Dark Days in Ghana, he exposed the true nature of the military-police dictatorship that was established after the overthrow of Ghana’s Constitutional Government on 24th February 1966, setting the event in the context of the wider continental and world situation.
Dark Days in Ghana demolishes the “big lie” that Ghana had needed to be rescued from “economic chaos”. Nkrumah recounts the systematic sell-out of Ghana’s assets to neo-colonialist interests by the military-police junta, and the subsequent reduction of Ghana from democratic statehood to the humiliating position of neo-colony.
Since this book was first published, Ghana has had several governments − military and civilian. None have succeeded in restoring Ghana to the position it occupied in Africa and the world during Nkrumah’s stewardship.
This and other works of Nkrumah demonstrate the accuracy of Nkrumah’s political and philosophical vision, and the clarity of his understanding of the problems and possibilities for all those resisting oppression and exploitation throughout the world, and for the continuing development of continental African unity.

Equilibriumics: Discover The Genius And Optimize The Difference In You
You cannot put something on nothing and expect it to stay there. The first responsibility of every human must be the quest to identify the SELF. Have you built a foundation that can stand the load of life, or you have built a life that can wave at the load? Do you know yourself and your purpose? What defines you? Are you living for something bigger than yourself?
Achievement is a sublime feeling that deludes our yearning for more into a state of satisfaction. It is never enough to be content with where you are. That is mediocrity. However, the struggles of life swing us up and down, back and forth, daily. We fall and we rise. A mixed bag that never gets full. In all these, what is your focus? Do you chase credentials or holistic capacity?
Change is the most common thing in nature. In every single day, something changes. The change could be instant as in the case of an earthquake, or gradual as in the case of the growth of a seed, or in the development of a foetus. But how do you deal with the ever-increasing challenges brought about by this monstrous friend called change?
For answers to these and more…

Fate of System Thinking: Lessons for Decision Optimisation – Stories from UT Bank, Capital Bank and UniBank
With a history of over a century, the banking industry in Ghana has had periods of financial distress and has had to deal with the persistent problem of lack of financing for indigenous businesses.
UT Bank developed a business model that sought to solve the problem of lack of finance for the informal sector. The UT approach became a model for many other financial institutions. The liquidation of UT Bank and Capital Bank as well as the appointment of an administrator for uniBank signal significant problems worth exploring. Banking serves as the foundational industry for building an economy, thus the banking challenges unearth a far bigger challenge in the dynamics of our economy. Until we have fully understood what the issues are, we are unlikely to identify what the solutions should be.
The author is convinced that the world needs to appreciate the causes of the collapse of these institutions so as to stop fiddling with the symptoms and the demonization without knowledge of cause. This book shares the author’s personal experience and lessons from working with both UT Bank and Capital Bank. He is a financial services educator and has a good understanding of indigenous enterprises. The lessons are intended to revolutionize the way businesses are organized and how individuals approach decision making. The book will help organisations build stronger, sustainable, diverse and more effective systems from the ashes of UT Bank, Capital Bank and uniBank.

Importance of Being Sent by God (Experiencing God Series #1)
Importance of Being Sent by God, the first book in the Experiencing God series, seeks to explore the importance of waiting until you are sent of God. The key thought from this book flows from the Scripture which says, “And how shall they preach unless they are SENT?” (Romans 10:15) There cannot be a preacher or servant of God unless someone is sent by God.
It is one thing to be called by God and yet another thing to be prepared and sent of God. Now it is those who are sent by God, who are given the power and authority. They are those who have a liberating message from God for the people.

Commander Akin Solarin wants nothing more than to do his job, especially when his medic’s temporary replacement turns out to be a disconcerting woman who pushes all his buttons. He runs a tight ship, and doesn’t need captivating and efficient yet aloof Comfort around to keep his heart-rate in semi-permanent overdrive.
