Lloyd G. Adu Amoah is a Senior Lecturer, Department of Political Science and Director of the Centre for Asian Studies (CAS) at the University of Ghana, Legon. He was formerly a lecturer at Ashesi University where he taught for almost a decade. He is the editor of Impacts of the Knowledge Society on Economic and Social Growth in Africa and author of #notesofapatriot: On Ghana, Asia, China, Fela, Women, Zidane and more. He has written many book chapters and journal articles.His latest work, Five Ghanaian Presidents and China: Patterns, Pitfalls, and Possibilities,was just released in July, 2020. He is currently editing another book on Ghana-China relations. He serves on the Editorial Board of Pacific Affairs.
