Ama Duncan is Founder of The Fabulous Woman Network – an organization which conducts activities to bring women together to share experiences, learn, network and collaborate. She has led her team to organize events for over 1000 women. She has also interviewed and shared stories of over 180 women on social media which has reached over 10,000,000 people in total. She is very passionate about celebrating, developing and inspiring women.

Ama is also a Corporate Trainer with over 12 years’ experience in employee learning and development. In March 2015, she founded Corporate Training Solutions which has trained over 1000 people on customer service skills in her quest to improve service culture in Ghana. She frequently mentors women, speaks on radio, TV shows and conferences for women and youth including National Treasure Conference in Dubai and Science Forum South Africa, has been published in reputable newspapers and blogs, is currently an Access Bank W Ambassador and a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow.

Ama, until recently, was the Learning and Development Manager of Golden Tulip Kumasi City hotel, Ghana where her implementation of their company culture was acclaimed and recommended to other hotels. Before this, she had stints with some companies including Standard Chartered Bank (Ghana), Baylis and Harding PLC (UK), Worcestershire County Council (UK) and Camp Joy (US).

She had her Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Paris Graduate School of Management, Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ghana and secondary education at Archbishop Porter Girls’ School, Ghana.

Ama is married with two children and loves spending time with her family.
