The ‘Rights in Action: Trends, Challenges and Lessons’ examines Supreme Court decisions on rights and freedoms. In the process, attention is drawn to judicial trends, challenges and lessons from jurisdictions such as Ireland, Britain, India, United States of America, Canada and South Africa.
