Award recipient of Northeastern University’s (NU’s) 2021 Certificate of Achievement for Exceptional Support and Devotion to the ALERT Program which is Advocating Lifelong Excellence in Regulatory Trends, Solomon Sackitey earned a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices at NU. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Iowa State University (ISU); both schools in the United States (US). His Graduate Certificate in International Regulatory Affairs is from NU.

Solomon graduated from a prestigious Senior High School in Ghana, Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC-LEGON) where he was a contributing author for the school magazine (The Presecan). He, as well, wrote for the Iowa State Daily newspaper, and the Iowa Agriculturist, a monthly news magazine in the College of Agriculture at ISU. Solomon is the author of two other books, Circumstances, and A Sea of Plight and Pure Joy of the Gold Coast Boy. All three books have been published in the US. His professional experience in the US includes Lecturer, Biopharmaceutical Research Scientist, Laboratory Logistics Director, and an Editorial Board Member of an international medical science journal. He is the recipient of two US patents and other awards.
