Flora A. Trebi-Ollennu is a versatile author whose publications span children and young adult novels as well as nonfiction works, including the My Daily Walk: Discover the Life of Jesus series, the Crackling Cans series, the Sunbeamy Kids series, and Shogologo Babies. She is also a social entrepreneur, pursuing structural changes to development protocols in poor urban and rural communities in Ghana by providing technical assistance and sourcing for funds internationally and locally to provide education, credit, housing, and health facilities.

She is the founder of the Trebi Kuma Ollennu Foundation for Community Development and president of La Ma Mansaamo Kpee International.

Flora earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Planning at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, and an M.A. in Geography at the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada.

Flora lives with her husband and four children in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada.
