Efe Farinre (née Edebiri) is the founder of Linking Hands Foundation (LHF), a non-governmental organisation focused on children’s education, health and values. An advocate for the total well-being of children, Efe’s work has been featured in the Nigerian press.
She had her secondary school education at Queen’s College, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria and graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering. Efe also holds an M.Sc. in International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management, Nantes, France.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Efe has lived on three continents and speaks English, Yoruba and French. She currently resides in her place of birth with her husband and children. A burning desire ignited by her children, to preserve a vital part of her oral cultural heritage, inspired Efe to create Folktales are Forever.
